เพศตามเจตจำนงของบุคคล และข้อจำกัดเชิงวาทกรรมว่าด้วยตัวตนนอกกรอบเพศ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ต้องการตั้งคำถามต่ออัตภาวะของเพศนอกกรอบทวิลักษณ์ ที่ก่อรูปจากวาทกรรมว่าด้วยเพศภาวะ และเพศวิถีภายใต้โลกที่ชุดความจริงที่ระบบเพศทวิลักษณ์ถือครองอำนาจ บทความนี้ต้องการแสดงให้เห็นว่าการปรากฏของเพศนอกกรอบทวิลักษณ์นั้นได้ถูกหล่อหลอมผ่านกระบวนการเชิงวาทกรรมชุดใดบ้างเพื่อที่จะต่อสู้ยืนหยัด และสถาปนาตัวให้กลายเป็น “ความจริง” เพื่อที่จะสามารถสร้างหลักปักฐานแห่งตัวตน และแข่งขันท้าทายกับโลกเพศทวิลักษณ์ ผู้เขียนจะพยายามเชื่อมโยงเรื่องนี้กับการต่อสู้ช่วงชิงวาทกรรมในประวัติศาสตร์การต่อสู้ของคนข้ามเพศ และการปรากฏของชุดวาทกรรมใหม่ว่าด้วยเพศตามเจตจำนงของบุคคล (ที่เข้ามามีอิทธิพลในสังคมไทยผ่านกระบวนการต่อสู้เรียกร้องด้านสิทธิความเสมอภาคทางเพศของกลุ่มความหลากหลายทางเพศ และแสดงให้เห็นข้อจำกัดทางแนวคิดทฤษฎีของหลักการเพศตามเจตจำนงของบุคคล ที่อาจลบเลื่อนความหลากหลายลื่นไหลของตัวตนทางเพศภาวะและเพศวิถี และพร่าเลือนปัจจัยเชิงอำนาจที่ทับซ้อนอื่น ๆ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการก่อรูปของอัตภาวะและความเป็นผู้กระทำการของเพศนอกกรอบทวิลักษณ์
