Abstract
This article aims to study the life of domestic workers and janitors in universities. It focuses on workspace and leisure space of labours. This paper observes the relation between labours and workspace in the university which they have the powerless negotiation. Thus, the existence of them seem to be invisible, hide from the appearance. The universities mostly ignore to manage the space for them. Moreover, the invisible state is emphasized by the change of the university policy.
