บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้แนะนำและสำรวจการขยายตัวของความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ผ่านแนวคิด regime complex ในงานวิชาการด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและการบริหารจัดการระดับโลก ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดที่เสนอให้พิจารณาปัจจัยการเพิ่มขึ้น เกี่ยวพัน หรือซ้อนทับกันขององค์การระหว่างประเทศหลายองค์การและกฎเกณฑ์ระหว่างประเทศจำนวนมากที่ร่วมกันในการจัดการประเด็นปัญหาระดับโลก บทความนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสารและวรรณกรรมทางวิชาการ และได้ยกกรณีศึกษาของระบอบพลังงานน้ำมัน ระบอบการสังเกตการณ์การเลือกตั้ง และ ระบอบทรัพยากรพันธุกรรมพืช มาเป็นตัวอย่างเพื่อทำความเข้าใจแนวคิด regime complex และบทความนี้ยังพิจารณาความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์การระหว่างประเทศรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ ด้วย เช่น การยอมรับอำนาจขององค์การระหว่างประเทศอื่น และการประสานปทัสถานระหว่างองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นหัวข้อการศึกษาหรือวิจัยที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในอนาคต
