บทคัดย่อ
การขับเคลื่อน “แม่แจ่มโมเดล” ได้ผสานแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาหมอกควันและไฟป่า ควบคู่ไปกับการแก้ไขปัญหาในเรื่องสิทธิของชาวบ้านในการจัดการป่าไม้และที่ดิน ที่นำไปสู่การปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการผลิต ระบบเศรษฐกิจ การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต รวมถึงเปลี่ยนความคิดของผู้คนที่เข้ามาทำงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ ประชาสังคม รวมถึงนักวิชาการ การสร้างพลังเพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงต้องอาศัยพลังจากการเคลื่อนไหวที่ผสมผสานทั้งการเคลื่อนไหวมวลชนที่สำคัญคือการสร้างการช่วงชิงพื้นที่ทางความคิดของกลุ่มพลังทางสังคม เช่นคนรุ่นใหม่ ผู้ประกอบการ นักธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม ผ่านการสร้างการรับรู้ การตระหนักถึงผลกระทบจากปัญหาเพื่อให้เข้ามาสนับสนุนและร่วมเป็นพลังร่วมกับภาคประชาชน ภาคประชาสังคมในการผลักดันให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ของการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไม้และที่ดิน รวมไปถึงการสร้างความยั่งยืนในการผลิตและสร้างฐานเศรษฐกิจที่มั่นคงของชุมชน
