“ความเป็นพลเมืองทางการเมือง” ในโลกยุคดิจิทัล: กรณีศึกษาจำเลยในข้อหาละเมิด ม.112

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มาจากการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ การสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์แบบเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ รวมถึงการศึกษาเอกสารและสื่อออนไลน์ เกี่ยวกับผู้ถูกกล่าวหาว่าไม่จงรักภักดี 17 ราย จากการแสดงออกทางการเมือง การศึกษาพบว่าพื้นที่ไซเบอร์กลายเป็นพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการของความเป็นพลเมืองที่สำคัญของผู้ลี้ภัยและผู้ถูกกล่าวหา ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารที่ก้าวหน้า ทำให้รัฐไทยไม่สามารถผูกขาดการใช้อำนาจภายในพรมแดน และการควบคุมพลเมืองนอกอาณาเขตดินแดน เส้นแบ่งระหว่างโลกเสมือนกับโลกความเป็นจริงที่พร่าเลือน เอื้อให้เกิดปฏิบัติการของความเป็นพลเมืองหลากหลายรูปแบบ รวมทั้งการต่อสู้ช่วงชิงความหมายของความเป็นพลเมือง การกระทำใด ๆ ก็ตามในชีวิตประจำวันอาจเป็นปฏิบัติการของความเป็นพลเมืองได้ทั้งสิ้น โดยไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานะทางกฎหมาย หรือถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัย ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงควรทำความเข้าใจคำว่า “พลเมือง” และ “การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง” เสียใหม่
