บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษารูปแบบและวิธีการควบคุมปราบปรามของรัฐที่มีต่อขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวของ “ขบวนการราษฎรปลดแอก” ว่ามีลักษณะเด่นที่สำคัญอย่างไร และมีพัฒนาการความแตกต่างไปจากบริบททางสังคมการเมืองในช่วงต่าง ๆ ที่ผ่านมาหรือไม่อย่างไร และส่งผลขบวนการฯ อย่างไร และใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (key informants) แกนนำการเคลื่อนไหว เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ทนายเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (Thai Lawyers for Human Rights-TLHR) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ฯลฯ และข้อมูลด้านคดีความจากศูนย์ทนายเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รัฐไทยในยุครัฐบาลพลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ได้เผชิญหน้ากับขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวช่วง พ.ศ.2563-2565 ด้วยรูปแบบและวิธีการควบคุมปราบปราม โดยการใช้กำลังบังคับสลายการชุมนุม การใช้กระบวนการยุติธรรมดำเนินคดีผู้นำและแกนนำด้วยกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 112 และ กฎหมายอื่น ๆ รวมถึงการติดตามข่มขู่ผู้นำและแกนนำการเคลื่อนไหว และการตอบโต้กรอบโครงความคิดหลักของฝ่ายขบวนการประชาชนปลดแอกผ่านปฏิบัติการข่าวสาร
