Abstract

Most of consumers in the world need safety food. Asparagus grower group contract farming in Nakhon Pathom province who produce export asparagus change their paradigm from producing with a lot of chemical to good agricultural practice (GAP) system or organic farming with the collaboration of farmer groups, contract company and government agency. Farmer paradigm shift depends on awareness on their health, concerning for consumer and environment, input and cost decrease by using diary report, world market need, and consumers should change their attitude from "consume by eye" to safety food first.
