บทคัดย่อ

In the past Thai women’s managerial roles in organizations were very rare. Presently Thai women are highly educated. They have more opportunity to enter a high professional careers and take managerial positions than in the past. At he public and private sectors, female executive positions have been less than those of males. Although the number of women’s executive positions were less than men’s, women’s capabilities have been increasingly accepted and recognized in Thai society. In future the number of women will enter more in business regime. They will find new types of jobs and will work with their intellect than physical effort. There are two issues influencing Thai women’s executive roles ; one is encouragement, the other is inferiority. In order to solve the problems the government and private sectors must encourage women to find an opportunity for self improvement.
