Abstract

          Nowadays, the environments of Human resource management has been changed rapidly, which made the public and private organization had to be changed cause of economic, politic, social and technology. In any organizations which had the perfect Human Resources Management System, can compete in the globalization and also be the most significant part which indicated all successes. The objectives of this article are to present the contemporary of HRM conceptual are as follows : 1) Strategic Human Resources Management 2) Strategic Human Resources Development 3) Human capital management  4) Human Resources Management by competency 5) Talent Management 6) Human Resources Information System 7) Diversity of Human Resources Management in workplace 8) Migrant Workers Management 9) International Human Resources Management 10) Innovation of Human Resources Management 11) HRM in Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy 12) Human Resource Management by Analysis 13) Human Resource Risk Management 14) Buddhist Human Resource Management  15) HRM by Human Nature.
