การจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนของบ้านโพน ตำบลโพน อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง การจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนของบ้านโพน ตำบลโพน อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบ้านโพน 2) วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของชุมชนในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนโพน 3) นำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบ้านโพน ซึ่งใช้วิธีการแจกแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 362 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ได้แก่ ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบ้านโพนทั้งภาครัฐ ผู้นำชุมชน และกลุ่มการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 4 คน ซึ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 45-49 ปี สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพเกษตรกรรม (เพาะปลูก เลี้ยงสัตว์) และมีรายได้ต่อเดือนสุทธิ 5,001-10,000 บาท ผลการวิเคราะห์การจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนของบ้านโพน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X= 4.08) ด้านที่มีค่ามากที่สุดคือด้านกายภาพ (X = 4.21) และค่าที่น้อยที่สุดคือด้านการจัดการ ( = 3.85) ด้านศักยภาพขององค์ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X= 4.14) ด้านที่มีค่ามากที่สุดคือ ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ (X = 4.18) และด้านที่มีค่าน้อยที่สุดคือด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ (X = 4.07) แนวทางในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน มี 3 แนวทางในการพัฒนา คือ แนวทางการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ แนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน และแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์ประกอบของการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนให้มีศักยภาพในการรองรับการท่องเที่ยว
