The withdrawal of American from the Paris Agreement results from several factors including American national interest; the business personality of President Trump; dominance of Republican party toward both American parliaments. After the withdrawal from the paris agreement, the implementation of the paris agreement may confront with fund support, the lack of good planning concerning the compensation after loss and the shortage of intensive checking proudure.
