Factors Influencing Learning Organization Perception : A Case Study of Secondary Schools in Phatthalung Province

Abstract

The purposes of this analysis are: 1) To study the level of learning organization perception of school administration and teachers from secondary schools in Phatthalung Province. 2) To study the factors influencing learning organization perception included organizational management and external environment. This study uses mixed methods which are quantitative research, used questionnaires and qualitative research, used open ended question and structured interview. The samples are school administrators and teachers for 297 people. Data are collected and using statistical analysis includes frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The study found that 1) the level of perception in learning organization of school administrators and teachers from secondary schools in Phatthalung province is at high. 2) Organizational management and external environment factors have an influence to learning organization perception in secondary schools in Phatthalung province in statistic level 0.05.
