Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1 ) to study the level of
quality of work life of the Phetchaburi Special Education Center staff, 2)
to study of the organizational commitment level of the Phetchaburi
Special Education Center staff, 3 ) to study the relationships between
quality of work life and organizational commitment of the Phetchaburi
Special Education Center staff and 4 ) the obstacles to enhance the
organizational commitment of Phetchaburi Special Education Center
staff 5 ) problems and obstacles in strengthening organizational
commitment of the Phetchaburi Special Education Center staff.
The population consisted of 50 personnel of the Phetchaburi
Special Education Center. The data were collected by questionnaire
and in-depth interview as research tools. The obtained data was
processed using computer program. The statistics used for data analysis
were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's
Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of statistical
significance was set at 0.05
The research found that the quality of working life of the
Phetchaburi Special Education Center staff was at a high level (mean
3.97). The organizational commitment of the Phetchaburi Special
Education Center staff was at high level (mean 4.02). The hypothesis
testing revealed that, the quality of work life was organizational related
to the commitment of Phetchaburi Special Education Center staff at
was statistical significant of 0.05, and relationship at moderate level.
