Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the employee
job satisfaction of Thaisunfood Company Limited and to determine
factors affected their the expectation.
The samples composed of 212 employee job satisfaction of
Thaisunfood Company Limited. The data were collected by using
questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program.
Statistical tools employed in data analysis and presented through
percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The
level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
The research findings was as follow. The level of overall of
employee job satisfaction of Thaisunfood Company Limited was
moderate. According to the hypothesis is testing, age, level of
education, position, income per month and work experience caused
difference in the satisfaction. The level of significance for statistical
testing was 0.05. However, gender did not caused any difference in the
attitudes. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
