Abstract

This article is a synthesis of the concept of a state, method1,
Participation of People model in local government law in their own
local through Legal mechanism of establishment of local government
organization. There are 8 issues such as (1) the concept of Political
participation. (2) the political participation to apply for the local
executive. (3) the political participation to apply for a member of the
local councils. (4) the political participation withdraw the local
executive. (5) the political participation withdraw local council
member. (6) the participation to determine policy of the local
executive. (7) the political participation to offer policy and (8) the
political participation to investigate the local administration.
