The objectives of this research were to study member’s satisfaction towards services of agricultural cooperative Bangzai Limited and to determine factors affected their the expectation.
The samples composed of 291 member of the cooperative. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program. Statistical tools employed in data analysis and presented through Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation coefficient. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
The research findings was as follow. The level of overall member’s satisfaction towards services of agricultural cooperative Bangzai Limited was high. According to the hypothesis testing, age, level of education and expectation caused difference in the satisfaction. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05. However, gender, income per month and membership period did not cause any difference in the satisfaction. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
