Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of Organizational Commitment of Staff Office of the President TOT Public Company Limited . 2) to study the factors related to organizational commitment. The sample group consisted of 80 officials. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were analysed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient with the statistical significance of 0.05.
The findings found that the level of Organizational Commitment of Staff Office at the President TOT Public Company Limited was high. From hypothesis testing, it found that the differences in ages and duration affected the difference in organizational commitment. In addition, job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and work experience had moderate positive relationship to organizational commitment.
