Logic : Legal Reasoning

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the law reasoning logic. It was the quantitative research by study documentary research such as books, textbooks, the supreme-court judgments. It was analyzed by data synthesis method to make the generalization. The research found that there were 3 law reasoning logics such as the deductive reasoning, the inductive reasoning and the analogy reasoning.
