Economic Developing Policy by the Socialist - Capitalist Economy Systems of Vietnam

Abstract

After the end of Vietnam War, established the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on July 2^nd, 1976, the role of Communist Party of Vietnam has closed up with the Vietnam Government which governs under the socialist regime. Vietnam had faced many economic, political and social problems since since 1975 – 1985. So they decised to follow Glasnost and Perestroika of USSRin 1986 called “Doi Moi”. After policy implementation, the Communist Party of Vietnam has been control to initiate and formulate economic policy because it has belived that the socialist - capitalist economy can improve the well-being of Vietnam in the future.
