Abstract

This research has  objectives were to study the quality of working life of the personnels in the Faculty of Social Sciences and the leadership of administrator, to compare quality of working life classified by personal factors, and to find out the relationship  between leadership of administrator and quality of working life. Sample group consisted of 114 personnels in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Kasetsart University. The findings showed that 1) the opinion of the personnels at the Faculty of Social Sciences on leadership of the administrator as a whole was at high level. Furthermore, quality of working life in general was at the medium level. 2) the personnels who had age difference and diverse level of experience had different level of the opinion on quality of working life. 3) leadership of administrator had no relations with quality of working life at the .05 level of statistical significance.
