Organizational Commitment for Employee of Voice TV Co., Ltd.

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of organizational commitment of the employee of Voice TV Co., Ltd. 2) to compare the level of officials’ organizational commitment according to their personal factors and 3) to study the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment. The samples of 164 Voice TV Co., Ltd. were selected by proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected questionnaires and analysed by computer program. Statistical method using for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at the .05 level of significance. The research findings of this study indicated that 1.) Voice TV Co., Ltd. possessed a high level of the overall organizational commitment, 2) the personal factors affecting organizational commitment was age, 3) the job characteristics was highly correlated to organizational commitment of Voice TV Co., Ltd. in the same direction.
