Relationship Between Innovative Organization and Innovative Creation Competency : A Case Study of Office of The Civil Service Commission

The purposes of this research are to examine (1) opinions of government officers in The Office of The Civil Service Commission (OCSC) about innovative organization and innovative creation competency (2) the differences of personal factors are perspectives of government officers about innovative organization and innovative creation competency of the OCSC and 3) to examine the correlation between innovative organization and innovative creation competency of the OCSC. 242 officers participated in this research. The data were collected by using also close-ended and open-ended questions. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient in order to answer. The results of the study were as follows: 1.There is high level of overall opinion in OCSC officers in innovative organization and innovative creation competency. 2.The differences of personal factors including gender, age, education, current position, work experience and sector are no effect to the perception of innovative organization and innovative creation competency, at the 0.05 level. 3.The level of innovative organization significantly relates to innovative creation competency, at the 0.01 level.
