Leadership of Sub district Officers and Village Headmen that Affected Local Government Administration in Suphan Buri Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study: 1) the leadership of the existence of village leaders in Suphan Buri Province. 2) the level local government services of the existence of village leaders in Suphan Buri Province. 3) The leadership of the existence of village leaders affecting of the local government service in Suphan Buri Province. The samples used in this quantitative research were 384 electors in Suphan Buri Province plus district administrations a sheriff and other senior officers totaling 20. The instrument used to collect data in this research was divided into 2 types: questionnaires and interviews, the interpretations of data analysis were in form of description using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows; 1. Overall leadership of the existence of village was at a high level. Individually, it can be ranked from high to low as follows: high drive, high motive, self-confidence, honesty, respectively. 2. Overall local public civil defense was at a high level. Individually, it can be ranked from high to low as follows: natural resources and environment conservation, record keeping and development and occupation promotion, in that order. 3. Leadership of the existence of village affecting the local government service in Suphan Buri Province could predict the success by 75.90%. 4. The hypothesis testing found that the leadership of the existence of village leaders with high drive, high motive, self-confidence, honest, Influence the local administration in Suphan Buri Province, all aspects at statistical significance 0.05 level
