Abstract

        The objectives of the study were 1) to study the level employees’ job satisfaction of the Factory and Spare parts Unit, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand 2) to compare employees’ job satisfaction of the Factory and Spare Parts Unit, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The samples were 142 employees. The questionnaire was the tool for the data collection. The statistic analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way anova.

            The results found that the samples had high level of job satisfaction. When considered by aspects, the samples were satisfied most with the job characteristic, followed by job skills, the duration of work, and the distance from residence. The hypothesis testing showed that the samples with different incomes have different levels of job satisfaction at 0.05 level of significance.
