Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1. to study the level of job satisfaction of employees. 2. to study the level of organizational engagement of employees. 3. to compare their organizational engagement according to personal factors. and 4. to study the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational engagement of employees.

The sample of this study were 320 employees in Kiatnakin Bank Public Company Limited,  Head Office. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by Statistical Software. The statistic tools were Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA, Multiple comparison test by Scheffe’s method and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
