The Opinion of Service Business Entrepreneur toward Promoting International Trade in Department of International Trade Promotion

This research aimed to study the opinions of service business entrepreneurs toward promoting international trade of the Department of International Trade Promotion classified by entrepreneurial factors, the experience of service business operators and acquaintance of service business operators toward international trade promotion. The sample group consisted of 151 entrepreneurs selected by random sampling. The data were collected using questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed by t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Differences were examined with the Scheffé method. The statistical significance was set at 0.05. The results showed that the opinions of the service business entrepreneurs toward promoting international trade of the Department of International Trade Promotion were at medium level. Hypothesis testing found that the service business entrepreneurs with different entrepreneurial factors including registration capital, income per month and business size (the number of workers, the number of fixed assets) did not cause difference in the opinions on the promotion of international trade of the Department of International Trade Promotion. In contrast, the entrepreneurs who had different business types had cause difference innthe opinions toward the promotion of international trade by the Department of International Trade Promotion at the statistically significant level at 0.05. Interestingly, the service business operators with different experience in receiving services from the Department of International Trade promotion and different acquaintance on the international trade services did not have different perception on the services statistically significant at 0.05.
