Abstract

The objectives of this study were as the following :- 1) to study the job stress of the police officers at Office of Logistics, and 2) to study factor relationship with the job stress of the police officers at Office of Logistics. Data was collected from the sample of 214 police officers at the Office of Logistics. The results of this study indicated the police officers had the psychological stress, the most level was feeling tired or exhausted, and the physical stress the most level was distracted. The physical factors that occur highest was the sickness. The privacy issue factors that occur highest was the conflict with family. The physical environment issue factors that occur highest was in the workplace. The economic issue factors that occur highest was economic depression. The social issue factors that occur highest was the relationships between colleagues. The work issue factors that occur highest was responsibility on duty. Hypothesis testing found that, the privacy issue factors and the work issue factors related to the job physical stress of the police officers at .05 level of statistical significance. The physical factors, the privacy issue factors, the economic issue factors, the social issue factors, and the work issue factors related to the job physical stress of the police officers at .05 level of statistical significance.
