泰国大学的班主任制度、行政制度与中国留学生的主观 幸福感影响因素研究

บทคัดย่อ

班主任制度对于中国学生至关重要,在泰国没有学者针对中国留学生的班主任制度进行探讨,因此,本研究旨在验证中国学生对于泰国高校的班主任制度的反馈与探讨个体背景差异(宿舍安排、年龄、性别、年级)对中国学生主观幸福感的影响。受试者为一所大学536名中国本科生,本研究应用混合研究方法,进行在线问卷发送与半结构式问卷访谈, 并以SPSS25.0进行数据分析, 得出结论为: 1.将近九成(88.8%) 的中国留学生满意班主任制度, 将近八成 学生表示遇到问题时会咨询学校的班主任;2.个体背景差异(宿舍安排、年龄、年级)对中国学生主观幸福感没有显著影响; 3.中国男学生主观幸福感显著高于女学生 (F = 2.163,P=014, 平均数, 男性 = 2.5597, 女性 = 2.3760)。本研究根据学生的访谈结果,提出三点实质建议: 1.学生入学前大学须建立班主任制度及班群且设立微信公众号;2.学生入学后大学管理者应定期检查师生互动的平台; 3.大学管理者需选派会说中文的班主任/行政/辅导人员, 本研究结果与建议可供泰国高校在执行班主任制度时参考。
