บทคัดย่อ

The Book of Poetry is China's first collection of poetry, documenting the lives of China's ancestors and providing future generations with a wealth of reference materials on diet. The food culture in the Book of Poetry was already a relatively advanced type of culture for society at that time. This paper adopts a qualitative research method and classifies the poems of food culture in the Book of Poetry. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the food culture and etiquette in the Book of Poetry, explore the important role of food culture in politics, economy, and people's lives during the ancient Zhou Dynasty in China, and understand the living conditions of the people at that time at a deeper level. Through the food description of the Book of Poetry as the main research, it is carefully elaborated and explained from many aspects, such as the type of diet, the way of food preparation, the "etiquette" embodied in food culture, the characteristics and functions of the food system, and the impact of food culture on people's lives.
