《诗经》中的饮食文化与礼仪研究

《诗经》是中国的第一部诗歌总集,记载了中国先民的生活,为后人提供了 大量的关于饮食方面的参考资料。本文旨在对《诗经》中的饮食文化与礼仪进行分析,试图了解周代社会的饮食文化功能及其价值。本文采用实证法,文献研究法,通过对《诗经》整部作品中含有饮食文化的诗篇进行归纳总结,全面分析饮食在不同阶级,不同场合中的作用。研究结果发现,《诗经》中的饮食种类可分为粮食种类、蔬菜水果种类、肉食种类、酒饮种类。常描写的饮食制作的方式有燔、烈、炮、炎。反映了饮食文化所体现的“礼”在不同场合的作用,对人民生活 产生了思想观念的转变,以及正常的饮食规律,形成养生的饮食习惯等内容。 对《诗经》中的饮食文化研究更有利于了解周朝时期人民的生活状况。
