Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the level of service quality of Thai traditional medicine department of Khaoyoi hospital, Khaoyoi district, Petchaburi province, 2) Factors in service affecting quality of service in relationshipwith quality of serviceThai traditional medicine department of Khaoyoi hospital. Samples were 150 respondents from people who use the service of Thai traditional medicine department of Khaoyoi hospital. The research instrument was a questionnaire.Descriptive statistics used were percentage, mean and S.D. Inferential statistics techniques were chi-square test and multiple regression analysis.  The research findings were:1)Quality of service of Thai medical department KhaoYoi Hospital In Phetchaburiprovince, the quality of service was at the highest level. When considering each side, it was found that in all aspects, the quality of service is at the highest level.Responsiveness was the highest, followed by assurance, empathy, reliability and tangibility, respectively.  2) Factors in service affecting quality of service were in cause with service quality of Thai traditional medicine department of Khaoyoi hospital were statistically significant at the .001on all sides.
