Abstract

This research aimed to study: 1) level of corporate culture development to be a learning organization of the Office of the Central Administrative Court. 2) learning organization of the Office of the Central Administrative Court. 3) learning organization with causal relationships with The development of corporate culture to be a learning organization of the Office of the Central Administrative Court The samples used in the research were 154 personnel working in the Central Administrative Court's Office. Data were treated and analyzed by using descriptive and Inferential Statistics methods, which were percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis.  Findings were as follows: 1) Developing a corporate culture to be a learning organization in the overall and each aspect has the highest level of development. 2) learning organization in the overall, there is a high level of practice. 3) Learning organizations In the form of ideas leadership has a causal relationship with the development of the corporate culture to be a learning organization with statistical significance at the level of .001 in system thinking there is a causal relationship with statistically significant at .01 level. Personnel having knowledge, having a causal relationship - with statistical significance at the level of .05. 4) personal characteristics of the respondents most of them are female, age between 31-40 years old, have marital status. Bachelor's degree is an administrative case under the judicial help group with a period of 1 - 5 years with a monthly income of 15,001 - 35,000 baht.  5) personal characteristics of age, having a relationship with the development of the corporate culture to be an organization of with statistical significance at the level of .05
