Abstract

The Police trainee Course aims to teach all police trainee to adhere to abide the nation, religion, monarchy and democratic government, in addition, to gain more knowledge and ability to understand in the operations, the prevention, and the suppression skills. Including creating attitudes vision and forging the mind's personality and physical personality to be suitable for being a good police officer equipped with morality, ethics, honesty, and trustworthy. The police trainee must be physically, mentally, mature, and conscious in service - including performing duties efficiently. The Royal Thai Police has assigned the Provincial Education Police Division 1-9 and Border Patrol Police Bureau or the unit that is assigned by the Royal Thai Police to have the duty and responsibility to provide training to police trainee to contain and appoint as a noncommissioned police officer in the squadron position operations to prevent and suppress. Therefore, the department responsible for producing the police trainee must proceed to promote and strengthen that all the police trainee have morality and ethics to meet the program objectives and to comply with the government policy of the national police department. In order to push police officers to work with transparency, fair and verifiable and also to strengthen morality Ethics in accordance with the guidelines of the Office of the National Counter Corruption which is set the ethical standards of government officials in every dimension and to be effective focusing on raising awareness and raising awareness on morality Ethics in order to maintain the basis of honesty, accuracy, adjust the attitude to the values of  living that are simple and economical according to philosophy of sufficiency economy.
