Use Simulation Situation to Develop Teamwork Skills of the Student of Thepsatri Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) compare the cognition of students about the teamwork skills between before and after use simulation situations. 2) study the satisfaction with teaching and learning management of students by use simulation situations to develop teamwork skills. The sample was 53 student teachers obtained by purposive sampling. The instruments used in this research were 2 questionnaires including a cognition assessment form with 0.80 - 1.00 content validity and 0.983 reliability and an opinion questionnaire with 0.80 - 1.00 content validity and 0.824 reliability. The data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, and paired sample t-test. The research result showed that: 1) The cognition of students about the teamwork skills after use simulation situation was higher than before at significant level .05. 2) The satisfaction with teaching and learning management of students by use simulation situations to develop teamwork skills overall was at the highest level.
