Administration according to the principles of good governance of educational institution administrators on the effectiveness of Tessaban Omnoi School 2

Abstract

This study has the objectives to study management according to the principles of good governance and to compare the administration according to the good governance principles of the school administrators on the effectiveness of the Tessaban Omnoi School 2 classified by the views of the teachers and the school committee, and student parents.

 The study population of 44 people consisted of 21 teachers and education personnel and 23 students for parents. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentage, mean and standard deviation, and testing for t-test.

The Most of the respondents were female. Have a bachelor's degree and has the parental status The management according to the good governance principles of educational institution administrators on the overall effectiveness of the Tessaban Omnoi School 2was at a high level. When classified by each side, it was found that the area with the number one level of action is the responsibility principle. The second is principle of participation. The third is the rule of law. The fourth is value principle. The fifth is the main virtue and the last is the principle of transparency, respectively and the results of a comparative study found that there was no difference by parent group. It was of the view that the school administrators had higher management according to the good governance principle than the teachers and educational personnel.
