The Problems and Prospects on Promoting Right to Food Due to “FAO’s Voluntary Guideline on Food Security 2004”.

Abstract

The Environmental Changes and Economic Transformation have been impacted to the food security in many levels. Global society and States propose this issue as a priority case internationally and domestically. However, the allocation of food to reach people needs confront with a lot of obstacles. The conditions affect on implementing Right to Food which were investigated are; Environmental problem, Political, Social and Cultural problem, Economic problem, Progression of Technology and Scientific problem. The contents of article are mainly based on United Nations and Food and Agriculture Organization Reports and Resolutions. The study issues in this researching article cover 5 perspectives on Right to Food protection: Food Security, Agricultural Market Distortion, Man–made and Natural Disaster, Natural Resource and Environment and Technology. After the study on past Measures on Right to Food Protection, the article will show prospects of developing the measures on Right to Food Protection. The development prospects are extracted from “FAO’s Voluntary Guideline on Food Security 2004”. The Guideline proposed a concrete measures which mention 5 issues of the study. In synthesis part, there will be Guideline for integrating prospects on Right to Food Supporting in order to draft the Law on Sustainable Agriculture.
