Abstract

This academic article aims to create a basic understanding of jurisprudence and human rights, analyze the relationship between jurisprudence, human rights and human research and propose proper modern research ideas and methods. This study investigates concepts and principles from academic papers.

The study found that concepts and principles of jurisprudence and human rights had a supportive relationship to produce more concrete results and to strike the right balance between finding answers, creating innovation through the research process and rights, freedom and human security protection. However, human research had consideration, namely the concepts of jurisprudence and human rights principles, even though law on human research did not exist in Thailand.

The author argues that researchers should understand the concepts, principles and importance of human rights and jurisprudence in human research issues. The human research framework guidelines and criteria should be clearly defined to ensure the researchers do not bear heavy burdens due to strict research time frame.
