Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the law on terrorism. to form a model law Research methodology is a qualitative research consisting of documentary research, in-depth interviewing, design-co-design participation. (Participatory Design, Co-Design) and hearing (Hearing)

 The results of the study revealed that Thailand has several laws on terrorism in force. which is not clear As a result, law enforcement officials were confused. If existing laws cannot be effectively enforced, it is important that actions be taken to make the law on terrorism specific so that it can be enforced in prevention and suppression. terrorism effectively and in accordance with international principles The results of the research were answered as a model law on terrorism. The legal structure consists of offenses related to terrorism. Committee on Counter Terrorism Terrorism Situation Assessment Committee Terrorism Situation Assessment Committee Office of Terrorism Prevention and Suppression Measures to prevent and suppress terrorism Remedies for victims, terms and conditions

Recommendations: Bring the model law to be considered with the legislature in order to approve the principle and presenting agencies related to the security of the state To push the model law to be enforced for the prevention and suppression of terrorism from Thailand.
