Publication Ethics

Operations of the editorial team of local law and society journals has set the ethics of publishing works in law journals and local societies, divided into 3 parts: for editors article evaluator and author of the article

For Editors (For Editors)

1. Editors are responsible for considering the quality of articles for publication in their own journals.
2. Editors must consider selecting articles that have up-to-date content consistent with the objectives in order to enter the article evaluation process.
3. Editors must not disclose information of authors and reviewers to other people who do not have relevant responsibilities.
4. Editors must not publish articles that have previously been published or published.
5. Editors must not have interests or conflicts of interest with authors and reviewers.
6. The editor will accept the publication of the article to the author of the article only after the article has been evaluated and edited within a reasonable and appropriate time.

For reviewers of articles (For Reviewer)

1. The article evaluator is responsible for assessing the quality of the article. By considering the importance of content in articles that rely on knowledge and expertise to the fullest potential.
2. Article reviewers must not disclose the author's information or the content of the article to other people.
3. Article reviewers must notify the editor if they find that any part of the article is copied similar to another person's work.
4. Article reviewers must not have interests or conflicts of interest with the author of the article.

For authors (For Authors)

1. Authors must write articles according to the format of the specified journal.
2. Authors must certify that the articles submitted are their own work as stated.
3. The author must certify that the submitted article is a work that has not been published or published anywhere else before.
4. The author hereby certifies that articles submitted for publication have been submitted to only one local law and social journal.
5. If the journal has already reviewed the article and passed the evaluation of the article by the article reviewer. If the author does not edit according to the recommendation from the article reviewer within the specified time until the delay causes damage or the author wishes to withdraw the article from being considered for publication. The author agrees to indemnify the journal for damages in the amount equal to the gratuity that the journal has given to the article reviewers.
