Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • The article must not have been published before and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or publication, and must not infringe or plagiarize other works.
  • Articles must be in the format specified by the journal under the "Preparation of Manuscript" section.
  • The article must be in Microsoft Word document (.docx) format using TH Sarabun PSK font. The length including abstract, tables, figures and references should not exceed 25 pages on A5 paper.
  • Thai articles must include the article title, full name, name of the organization in Thai and English, as well as the email addresses of all authors.
  • Thai articles must have an abstract in both Thai and English, no longer than 300 words and containing 3-5 keywords.
  • References in the content and references at the end of the article follow APA (American Psychological Association) guidelines and must correctly cite sources without any plagiarism issues.
  • Authors register to use the Thaijo 2.0 system and submit articles online via the system at https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/llsj.

Advice for authors

Journal of Law and Local Society Faculty of Law Surat Thani Rajabhat University is an academic journal that meets the standards of national academic journals that publish results. Academic articles (Article) Research articles (ResearchArticle) Review article (ReviewArticle), book review (BookReview), Letters to the Editor (Letters totheEditor), and graduate research according to the quality of graduate studies are scheduled to be published in 2 editions per year, namely the January-June edition and the July-December issue. Publications must be properly prepared and complete. according to academic journal standards and have been reviewed for value by at least two experts in the field of law, social science or related sciences before publication

About the work to be received

It is a research article and academic article. Branch of law and science related to local society in the south Including in Thailand, the submission must never be published. (if accepted) or is proposed to be published in a journal, report or other publication previously.
The original can be written in Thai or English. If the research paper is written in Thai, there must be an abstract in both Thai and English.
Content, articles or comments published in the journal are the opinions of the authors only. The editors don't have to agree.
Manuscripts must be screened by at least 2 experts before publication.
Published stories are paid by the editors.
Journal of Law and Local Society Only members' manuscripts submitted for publication in local law and society journals will be considered.

graduate research

original preparation

The original to be submitted must be printed on A5 size white paper with margins of 1.5 x 1.5 cm. Page number is placed in the upper right corner of every page. (Except the first page) Use TH SarabunPSK font, font size 14, insert header font size 11, leave 3 lines blank.
original arrangement Title should be centered, font size 16, bold. If it is a Thai work, the title must be in English.
Author's name, right-aligned, font size 14, next to the title. and use a footnote reference above the last letter of the last name for the author to contact (Corresponding Author) and put the position and place of work at the bottom of the page.
Abstract (Summary for a review article) If it is a Thai work, there must be an abstract in both Thai and English. The length is not more than 300 words, the author should specify the keywords (Keywords) of the story, but not more than 3-5 words.
Content of the research article academic articles and review articles, consisting of introduction, content, and conclusion

References Documents cited should be obtained from clearly published sources. may be a journal books or Internet resources. The author is responsible for the accuracy of all references in the publication of articles, as articles with incorrect citations will not be forwarded for review by a qualified person. until the document reference is corrected. The format of the document reference is in the next section. However, only reference documents must be selected. (not a bibliography)
If there are illustrations, graphs or tables to be included in the text, it must contain the name, source of the image and the diacritics, graphs, tables, and characters that appear in the images. The graphs and tables must be of the same type as used in the article.
The length of the article, including pictures, tables, and references, should not exceed 25 pages. For long articles, they should be organized into chapters with the aforementioned format.
The author must submit one original document and submit it online in Word and PDF format to https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/llsj/index.
