กระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพที่มีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชน สำนักส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพที่มีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการบริหารงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากเกษตรอำเภอภายในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 169 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพมีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการบริหารงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนในเชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง (R =0.741) กระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพ ที่ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การปฏิบัติ การตรวจสอบ การปรับปรุงและพัฒนา สามารถอธิบายถึงผลสำเร็จของการบริหารงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าอำนาจการทำนายร้อยละ 53.80 สามารถสรุป ได้ว่า กระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพมีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการบริหารงาน ส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนQuality Management Process Thai Affecting of Promoting Community Enterprise The Office of Agricultural Extension and Development in The Northeastern Thailand

This study aimed to inspect qualitative management process that affected the success of community enterprises management in the Northeastern region. This study used quantitative research methods. The data was collected from 169 Chief of District Agricultural Extension Office in the Northeast. The questionnaire was an instrument. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and regression. The findings showed that Qualitative management had a high positive effect on the success of community enterprises management at (R = 0.741), which was based on the assumption of the study. Qualitative management process, which consists of Plan , Do, Check , and Action, indicated the success of the community enterprises management statistically significant at the 0.01 level, with 53.80 percent of the predictive value. It can be concluded that the qualitative management affected on the success of community enterprises management.
