แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเปียโนคลาสสิกระดับกลางของสถาบันเปียโนบางกอก

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนเปียโนคลาสสิกระดับกลางในสถาบันเปียโนบางกอก และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเปียโนคลาสสิกระดับกลาง ในรูปแบบคู่มืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยใช้วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจากสถาบันเปียโนบางกอก จำนวน 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2 ท่าน และ 2) กลุ่มครูเปียโน 10 ท่าน ใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัย และนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์
จากการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูผู้สอนยึดถือหลักการเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยมีการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนตามความสามารถและองค์ความรู้เดิมของผู้เรียน และ 2) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า (1) ด้านครูผู้สอน ควรมุ่งเน้นการทำงานร่วมกันในสถาบัน ระหว่างครูระดับศิลปิน ผู้ช่วยศิลปิน และครูผู้สอน และควรมีทัศนคติที่ยืดหยุ่นให้ผู้เรียนได้รับประสบการณ์จากครูท่านอื่น (2) ด้านผู้เรียน ควรเน้นการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนแต่ละคน ทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย อายุ ทักษะปฏิบัติ และความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง (3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้ปกครองและผู้เรียนมีส่วนรวมในการวางแผนการเรียนรู้ (4) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ควรคำนึงถึงการจัดพื้นที่ใช้สอยอย่างเหมาะสม การใช้อุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพ และเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน
