การใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในห้องสมุดในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้กล่าวถึงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปในยุคดิจิทัล รวมถึงความนิยมในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างแพร่หลายในสังคมปัจจุบัน ส่งผลให้ห้องสมุดในหลาย ๆ แห่งได้นำสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มาใช้เพื่อพัฒนางานของห้องสมุด และเพื่อให้ห้องสมุดสามารถกระตุ้นให้ผู้ใช้บริการให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับกิจกรรมห้องสมุดทั้งแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากขึ้น จำเป็นที่บรรณารักษ์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ตลอดจนผู้บริหารต้องศึกษาเพื่อที่จะทำความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคในยุคดิจิทัลที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ นอกจากนี้บทความนี้ยังกล่าวถึงกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของห้องสมุด ๓ ประการ ได้แก่ ๑) การรู้จักตนเองและรู้จักกลุ่มผู้ใช้ที่เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ๒) การสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาโพสต์ให้น่าสนใจ โดยสร้างเนื้อหาที่ให้ความรู้สึกสนุกสนาน เพลิดเพลิน มีเนื้อหาหรือกิจกรรมที่กระตุ้นให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วม และมีการตอบกลับผู้ใช้บริการอย่างทันท่วงทีและสม่ำเสมอ ๓) การกำหนดนโยบายในการบริหารจัดการการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
