บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและออกแบบแอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพแอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีเจาะจง จำนวน 5 คน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ แอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ จำนวน 30 คน เลือกแบบสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน
- เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ และ 2) เครื่องมือสำหรับเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลและนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้
- ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ ในภาพรวมพบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
- ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อแอปพลิเคชันผู้ช่วยเดินทางสำหรับผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ พบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อแอปพลิเคชันอยู่ในระดับมาก
