แนวทางการป้องกันการออกกลางคัน กรณีศึกษา: วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตรดิตถ์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อหาแนวทางการป้องกันการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานปกครอง ครูที่ปรึกษา ผู้ปกครอง และนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 195 คน 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูหัวหน้างานปกครอง หัวหน้างานแนะแนว และครูที่ปรึกษา/ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดอุตรดืตถ์ จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตรดิตถ์ ทั้ง 6 ด้าน จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้ปกครอง พบว่า สาเหตุของการออกกลางคันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ด้านที่ 2 คือ ด้านครอบครัว ( = 3.61) รองลงมา ได้แก่ด้านที่ 1 คือ ด้านตัวนักเรียน นักศึกษา ( = 3.54) และจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของนักศึกษา พบว่า สาเหตุของการออกกลางคันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ด้านที่ 3 และ 4 คือ ด้านสถานศึกษา ( = 2.99) กับด้านครูที่ปรึกษา/ครูผู้สอน ( = 2.99) รองลงมา ได้แก่ด้านที่ 6 คือ ด้านการเรียนการสอน/หลักสูตร ( = 2.88) แนวทางป้องกันได้แก่ 1) ครูที่ปรึกษา/ครูผู้สอนควรชี้แจงให้นักศึกษารู้จักจัดสรรเวลา เพื่อไม่ให้ขาดเรียนจนหมดสิทธิ์สอบ 2) ให้สถานศึกษามีการช่วยเหลือให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักเรียนนักศึกษาในเรื่องการหารายได้เสริมการบริหารการเงิน 3) สถานศึกษาควรมีการปรับปรุงอัพเกรดอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตและเพิ่มจุด 4) ครูที่ปรึกษา/ครูผู้สอนควรมีการสนทนาให้คำปรึกษามีความเข้าใจนักศึกษา 5) สถานศึกษาควรมีเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลความปลอดภัยให้กับนักศึกษา 6) ควรมีการนิเทศการสอน เพื่อประเมินและติดตามการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูว่าเป็นไปตามหลักสูตรหรือไม่
