การพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพของศูนย์ฝึก และพัฒนาอาชีพราษฎรไทยบริเวณชายแดนเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาฝึกงานระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพของศูนย์ฝึกและพัฒนาอาชีพราษฎรไทยบริเวณชายแดนเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการที่รับนักศึกษาฝึกงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนในปีการศึกษา 2556  ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 200 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถและปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่  ค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์นักศึกษาฝึกงานระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพของศูนย์ฝึกและพัฒนาอาชีพราษฎรไทยบริเวณชายแดนเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.66) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือด้านความรู้และคุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.76) รองลงมา ด้านความรู้ทางวิชาชีพความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก(µ=3.64) และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการฝึกงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.57) ตามลำดับ  ปัญหาการดำเนินงาน พบว่า นักศึกษาฝึกงานขาดทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษให้ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมในชีวิตประจำวัน นักศึกษาขาดปฏิภาณไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในการฝึกงาน นักศึกษายังขาดความตรงต่อเวลาและการเสียสละเวลาส่วนตัวเพื่อส่วนรวม ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงาน พบว่า ควรพัฒนาทักษะในการใช้ภาษา ฝึกฝนเป็นประจำและการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาทักษะในเรื่องการแก้ไขปัญหาปฏิภาณไหวพริบ  และควรส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษามีความตรงต่อเวลาและรู้จักการเสียสละงานเพื่อส่วนรวม สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ พบว่า ด้านความรู้และคุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีทักษะทางด้านการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองและกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาสามารถใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติได้และ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกการเป็นผู้นำด้านความรู้ทางวิชาชีพและความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน  ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาตนเอง ฝึกกระบวนการคิดของตนเองอย่างเป็นระบบ และเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าใจในวิชาชีพของตนเองรวมทั้งสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเข้าใจ ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าใจในการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อสามารถนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน เข้าใจในคำสั่ง และมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในวิชาชีพของตนเอง ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมในการฝึกงาน ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของระบบนิเวศน์ในชุมชนที่ตนอาศัยอยู่ เข้าใจถึงความสำคัญของระบบนิเวศน์ ที่มีต่อคนในชุมชน และให้นักศึกษามีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีความเสียสละต่อส่วนรวม เพื่อที่นักศึกษาจะได้พัฒนาระบบนิเวศน์ให้ยั่งยืนต่อไป

The Desired Characteristics of Training Students In Vocational Training and Career Development of Thai People In Chiang Rai Borderland. Chiang Rai Province

The purpose of this research was to study the problems and suggestions for having the desirable characteristics of the vocational training students of the Centre for Vocational Training and Development of Chiang Rai Thai borderland, Chiang Rai Province. Population of the study were the administrators of the enterprises that students training in both public and private sectors in the academic year 2013 in the province, totally 200 persons; and also the experts in education management were in-depth interviews with the structured questionnaire for five persons. Tools used in the study were questionnaire, its data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the in-depth interviews with the structure.

The results were shown that desired characteristics of vocational training students of the Centre for Vocational Training and Career Development of Thai People in Chiang Rai Borderland, Chiang Rai Province were as follows. Overall was high level (µ = 3.66). When considered in specific aspects and sorted means from high to low, the first was knowledge and basic features in the high level (µ = 3.76), followed by professional academic ability in practice at a high level (µ = 3.64), and morality in training at a high level (µ = 3.57). The performance problems were demonstrated that the students were lack of English using skills correctly and properly in daily life; they were lack of problem-solving skill while training; and they were lack of punctuality and sacrifice personal time for the public. The suggestions in operation were presented that language using skills should be practiced in a regular basis and adjusted to the situation properly; activities for developing skills in problem solving should be conducted; and promotion of encouragement of student punctuality and public mind should be considered. The guideline for development of desired characteristics of vocational training students was manifested that firstly the aspect of knowledge and fundamental ability: the students should be encoraged to use foreign languages in order to gain self confident and capability in sharing opinion for any occation; they should be able to communicate with foreigners by using the foreign languages for learning and practising on leadership in vocational knowledge and know-how; they should be cultivated self and systematic thinking process in order to gain understanding of vocation and good manner; they should be developped holistic critical thinking in order to use in working, understand the orders, and increase in vocational knowledge and know-how. Last but not least, virtue in and ethic in vocational training: the students should be advised on importance of the ecology at their community level, and effects of the ecology to people living in the community in order to practise the moral, virtue, integrity, and public mind for involving in sustainable development of ecology.
