การบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย 2.) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ และแนวทางการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 37 แห่ง โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 37 คน คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 37 คน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการของโรงเรียนหรือครูที่รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ จำนวน 37 คน รวม 111 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถและปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลในแบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.03) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการวางแผนอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.11) รองลงมาด้านการควบคุมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.09) ด้านการนำองค์การอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.99) และด้านการจัดการองค์การอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.94) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานพบว่า ไม่มีการวางแผนให้ครูทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ครบทุกสาระการเรียนรู้ ขาดการจัดการนิเทศที่หลากหลายและเหมาะสมกับโรงเรียน ไม่มีการนำองค์การเข้าไปส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการแก่ชุมชน และครูขาดการควบคุมการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานพบว่า ครูควรทำแผนการสอนครบตามสาระการเรียนรู้ ควรมีวิธีการจัดการนิเทศที่หลากหลายและเหมาะสมกับโรงเรียน ควรมีการนำองค์การเข้าไปส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการแก่ชุมชน และควรมีการควบคุมพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา แนวทางการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ด้านการวางแผน มีแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพได้แก่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเข้าใจ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และพัฒนาครูให้มีการประเมินผลการเรียนที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดองค์การ มีแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพได้แก่ ให้ครูมีการจัดทำแบบทดสอบที่สามารถวัดสมรรถนะของผู้เรียน ครอบคลุมและตรงประเด็น และจัดให้มีการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้มีคุณภาพสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ด้านการการนำองค์การ มีแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพได้แก่ ให้ผู้จัดทำสื่อได้มีการนำเสนอผลงานของตัวเองอย่างภาคภูมิใจ ด้านการควบคุม มีแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพได้แก่ ฝึกครูให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคนิค การจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และพัฒนาให้ครูเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้

Administration to the Academic Excellence of Private Schools in Chiang Rai Province

This research aims to study, problems and suggestions and management approach to Administration to the academic excellence of private schools in Chiang Rai Province. The population in this study were school directors. Deputy superintendent of schools head of school for academic affairs total of 111 people, and 5 experts were used in this study was a questionnaires, and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Structured and in-depth interviews.

The results showed that the state on administration to the academic excellence of the school in Chiang Rai. Overall level when considering the sort of averaging descending is planning at a high level ( = 4.11), followed by the control level ( = 4.09), the leading organization level (. = 3.99), and organizational management level ( = 3.94). Problem of operational issues that no plans for teachers to make lesson plans for all subject areas. Lack of management supervision and match the school. None of the organizations to promote the academic knowledge to the community. And teachers lack control system development, quality assurance in education. Suggestion operations were  found that  teachers should complete the learning plan. Supervision should be a way to handle the varied and appropriate for school. Should have led organizations to promote the academic knowledge to the community. And should have controlled the development of quality assurance in education. Training teachers to achieve a better understanding of the technique. A joint planning policy. Practice sharing the system is and encourages all parties involved in the responsible duties. And distribute power to the party in the same position.
