ที่มา เหตุผล ของการมีอยู่ของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาที่มา เหตุผล ของการมีอยู่ของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยชี้ให้เห็นถึงมูลเหตุ ปัจจัยแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม การเมืองที่มีผลต่อการมีอยู่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสาร หลักฐาน งานวิจัย และผลงานทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การมีอยู่ของตำแหน่งกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เกิดจากแนวคิดทางการเมืองของชนชั้นนำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน สถานการณ์ทางการเมือง การต่อรองผลประโยชน์ระหว่างกลุ่มการเมืองต่างๆ อิทธิพลจากชาติตะวันตก และแนวคิดประชาธิปไตย 

Derivation, Change and Continuation in an Existence of Village Leaders in Thailand 

The objective of this research is to investigate the reasons for the existence of village leaders in Thailand from past to present which focus on the change of factors, economics social and politics, which influence the derivation, change and continuation in an existence of village leaders. This research is based on documentary study, evidence, and related academic research. This study reveals that the existence of village leaders affected by the political elite, the political situation, the changing of administration, the negotiation of interests between various political groups, the influenced of western nations, and the concept of democracy.
