Abstract

          The purposes of this descriptive research were:  (1) to study  motivation of teacher  of Special Educational School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities , Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern Region 6.  2) To investigate the  teacher’ s practical  standard   of  teacher in Special Education al School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities  , Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern  Region 6 3) To find the relationship between motivation of teacher  and teacher’ s practical  standard of  teacher in Special Educational School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities  ,Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern  Region ,  6. Stratified random sampling were use. The research tools comprised three sets of questionnaires, covering personnel data, motivation of teacher  and  the teacher’s practical  standard  . They were tested for reliability and validity. The reliability of the second and the third sets were .855 and .890  The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation  and Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient.


            The findings were as follows. (1) The motivation of teacher  of Special Education al School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities , Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern  Region 6.  at high level  (2) The teacher’ s practical  standard  of  teacher in Special Education al School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities  , Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern  Region 6 at highest  level . Finally, (3) There was statistically significant  positive correlation  between motivation of teacher  and teacher’ s practical  standard of  teacher in Special Education al School for  Student  with  Intellectual  Disabilities  ,Bureau of Special Education  Administration Northern  Region  6  at medium  level  ( r= .580 )  between   at  p < .01.
