Abstract

   


The major objectives of this research is to specify the path of tourism participator to manage the environment and tourism, support stakeholders, the community’s who relevant with tourism to manage the tourism, and fourth to establish the regulation management on tourism cooperation in Laplae District for the purpose that make argotic of tourism. Population and Sample is Thai and international tourists leader and expert person of province department, community’s leader, local government leader, parties’ agency, Hotel, Restaurant. The research equipment have been divided, consisted of questionnaire, and structural interviews. All information was gathered mainly by all researchers. However, the information is analyzed by statistical computer programs.


The results are the requirement of approve the regulation management on tourism cooperation in Laplae District, Uttaradit Province. consists of main point 11 sections of 1) Establish and improve the tourism 2) Tourism environment preserving 3) Tourism management 4) Tourism activities 5) Tourism service developing 6) Accommodation management. 7) Staffs developing for tourism business. 8) Establish and disseminate the tourism knowledge. 9) Disseminate and public the tourism. 10) Tourism commodity. 11) Tourism security and provision.
